Description
DBCO-NTA (DBCO-EG4-NTA) is a reagent for copper-free strain promoted click chemistry (SPAAC). It enables to convert any azide group into NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid), which is used to selectively and reversibly immobilize of Histidine-tagged proteins.[1]
Portioned in 0.4mg vials for easy recombination and dilution into the appropriate concentration for your experiments (instructions provided with the goods).
